my photoI am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Software Engineering, West Pomeranian University of Technology, Poland. I received my PhD degree at Queen Mary, University of London, where I did my research with the RADAR Group led by Professor Norman Fenton.

The main area of my research activities is software engineering management – the intersection of:

  • software engineering,
  • project management,
  • data science.

My research activities typically involve:

  • analysis of software and empirical data,
  • elicitation and formalization of expert knowledge,
  • building analytical and predictive models.
